WHAT IS ISTANBUL FOTO FESTIVAL?
ISTANBUL FOTO FESTIVAL’s two-fold mission is to advance dynamic programming designed to engage and stimulate the photography community, as well as to present a comprehensive resource of exhibitions and events in December 2010 in Turkey.

In September 2010 ISTANBUL FOTO FESTIVAL (IIFF) will showcase the enormous photography community, inclusive of commercial, fine art and photojournalism. Istanbul is a city with a huge creative potential, and IIFF is aiming to help to raise the bar for photography in Turkey as well as Turkeys representation on the international photo scene.
IIFF was established and exists to advance the celebration of Photography, through a variety of events and programs designed to inspire and invigorate the photography professional, enthusiast, emerging professional and collector.
IIFF was conceived and is organized by the individuals who founded The Focus on Aids Photography Auction, The Lucie Foundation, ION Film Festival, Month of Photography, and the Lucie Awards.
